Accounts Clerk
Responsibilities
- Oversight of the management reporting framework to assist management decision-making and support the company’s growth targets
- Day to day administration of the accounting functions, including coding of relevant documents
- maintenance of accounting records and posting of entries
- analysis of expenses to their respective cost centres
- Preparation of customer, supplier and bank reconciliations
- Credit and Debt control
- Providing assistance and support to company personnel
The ideal candidate should
- Have experience in a similar role
- Have a good command of Maltese and English as well as excellent report writing skills
- Be motivated, able to work unsupervised as well as of a team whilst adhering to deadlines
