Accounts Clerk


  • Oversight of the management reporting framework to assist management decision-making and support the company’s growth targets
  • Day to day administration of the accounting functions, including coding of relevant documents
  • maintenance of accounting records and posting of entries
  • analysis of expenses to their respective cost centres
  • Preparation of customer, supplier and bank reconciliations
  • Credit and Debt control
  • Providing assistance and support to company personnel

The ideal candidate should

  • Have experience in a similar role
  • Have a good command of Maltese and English as well as excellent report writing skills
  • Be motivated, able to work unsupervised as well as of a team whilst adhering to deadlines
