Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.

You will own the full marketing funnel, experimenting with new channels, optimizing conversion paths, and relentlessly pursuing ROIs. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans: This includes website redesign for lead generation and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, and content) to enhance brand visibility and drive lead conversions.
  • Manage product marketing and launches: Plan and execute product marketing campaigns for both existing and new product releases, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Oversee budget management: Develop and administer annual marketing budgets, monitor expenditures for cost-effectiveness, track ROI, and collaborate with finance on budget forecasting and analysis.
  • Manage agency relationships and resource planning: Select new and manage existing external agencies/consultants specializing in branding, design, and advertising. Ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality deliverables from all partners.
  • Utilize data-driven optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and analyze data to optimize marketing efforts through regular performance reporting and insights.
  • Provide team leadership and development: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration to align marketing activities with broader business objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution ideally in the ICT, cloud, cybersecurity, or tech solutions sectors.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of successful collaboration with external agencies and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools).
