Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, proficient in English (both written and verbal).
Experienced in network infrastructure, firewall configurations, VPN setups, and network protocols; familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD is a plus.
Relevant IT qualifications (bachelor’s degree or certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CISSP) are highly valued.
2-4 years of experience in network or security roles.
Possession of a valid Driving B Licence.

Lead in managing and securing network infrastructure, including strategic administration of firewalls, routers, and switches.
Administer various VPN technologies, manage device permissions, and ensure adaptive network security.
Perform change management and troubleshooting, including root cause analysis, to maintain optimal network capacity and functionality.
Continuously review and enhance network configurations, interpreting vendor communications for system improvements.
Prioritize and address multiple issues, maintaining operational integrity and customer satisfaction.
Document procedures and projects, and advocate for improvement through certification and technology updates.
Lead project information gathering, collaborate with stakeholders for high-quality outcomes and adherence to timelines.
Foster team collaboration, integrate features into system designs, focusing on superior service and innovative solutions.
