Technical Support Executive
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing essential technical support for their software and hardware issues. You’ll work with a variety of technologies and play a key role in ensuring our clients’ IT systems run smoothly. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide Technical Support: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat; provide effective solutions and maintain ownership end-to-end.
- Customer Service: Ask targeted questions to quickly identify root causes and deliver prompt, accurate feedback.
- Issue Management: Log issues thoroughly, track them to resolution, meet SLAs, and prioritize multiple tickets concurrently.
- Collaboration: Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal and external teams; assist in planning and deploying new IT systems for clients.
- Documentation & Training: Document technical knowledge, follow up to ensure systems are fully functional after troubleshooting, and complete ongoing training and required certifications.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Required:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge or a strong interest in at least one of the following technologies:
- Microsoft 365 products
- Windows servers
- Networking & security
- Cloud environments
- Soft Skills: A professional, flexible, and innovative individual with a strong commitment to customer relationships. You must be an effective and concise communicator in both written and spoken English.
- Logistics: A valid Driving B Licence is required.
- Preferred:
- Education: A professional qualification such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications: Any vendor expert certifications such as Microsoft, Rapid 7, Parallels, AWS, etc.
